Which category of products can be ordered through Archizy Assisted Buying?
While we have a vast product library, we are currently offering assisted buying services only for furniture, lighting, and decor products. However, you can shop for products in other categories by directly connecting with our brand partners through your Archizy trade account.
Who will be responsible for order fulfillment?
Our brand partners will fulfill the orders directly but Archizy’s support team will be there with you every step of the way to ensure a seamless buying process powered by regular communication.
Do I get any dedicated support?
Yes. You will be assisted by a personal Archizy Account Manager who will help you during all the stages of material buying from research to obtaining quotes, sampling, order placement, payment, and tracking.
Do you offer customization?
Yes. Most brand partners listed on Archizy offer bespoke materials & products because they understand that every design is unique and requires special attention.
You can convey your customization requirements to your Archizy Account Manager who will then convey it to the brand and further conduct back-and-forth communications between both parties.
How long is the usual shipping time?
If you select products that are readily available at the brand’s warehouse, they can be shipped within 7-10 days. But, products commissioned by you can take anywhere between 30 to 90 days.
Shipping time will be communicated to you in advance along with the final quotation.
Do you offer bundled delivery of products from different brands?
Yes. However, all the products ordered from different brands will be delivered on-site separately. At the time of placing the order, your Archizy Account Manager will ask you to provide us with your project timeline. Based on that, we will coordinate with different brands and provide you with an estimated window of delivery between 7-10 days.
We usually recommend keeping an advance timeline of 3 months between placing the order and delivery.
